Good read as per usual Ed, speaking of la Liga who is your pick for the league, I think at the moment I'd go for athletico myself.

Yeah, atletico are the one team I would like to avoid in the champions league personally.

Ed01 Maximilian Philip was very good for Dortmund before the injury shame they sold him.
What do you think him as a player.

Be interesting to see how atletico do as much change this season. They've lost 2 good defenders in Godin and Hernandez, rodri in midfield and griezzman up top. They need hermoso, llorente and joa Felix to replace that quality. They so often win games 1 nil with griezzman scoring and the defence keeping clean sheets. They've lost their best defender and striker so others need to step up. They have looked quiet good in pre season to be fair.

Not a team I've enjoyed watching in recent years under simeone to be honest, they've played with a boring conservative style but have a strong balanced group of players.
