I don't understand how transfer window is open today yet about 20+ deals have already been done involving premier league clubs in June.

Jk82, the transfers that have happened before today haven't been formally completed (despite being signed off by the players and clubs involved) . Salah and Solanke technically weren't Liverpool players until this morning.
