ed002,i know we don't talk money or anything of the sort, but i read someone from seville said we would have to meet his release clause? but today unia emre has said he won't be sold?

{Ed002's Note - He has a release clause of €30M which can be activated by Iberian clubs and then it is in the hands of the player whether he wants to move or not. Sevilla do not have to sell the player if any other side were offering that amount as it is not applicable outside of the jurisdiction of the law the contract exists under. However, clubs will often say that they will not accept less than his release clause - and can of course put any price on a player being sold outside of Spain. Monchi has spoken with the player who I am told re-iterated his position of being happy at Sevilla and the plans the club has. I know his agent is far from flavour of the month right now.}

If we made a bid that Sevilla were happy with, does it seem like he will stay or is he just trying to get more money?

Iberian clubs? Assume you mean spanish? Or does the clause apply to Portuguese clubs as well?

At this moment in time and to your knowledge, have Liverpool, via official representatives and agents, approached Sevilla in regards to discussing a possible transfer of Carlos Bacca to Liverpool?

I understand that liverpool haven't bid, but of he says he is happy is there point, or is he believed to be keen to leave if the money is right?

Of course he has, agents are little pests that way. I'd rather sign somebody who is keen to come to the club.
