Thanks foe the round-up Ed. It was a good read. Maybe just one more point on Slot as well. He also made just one substitution in the Arsenal game and that was a forced one due to Bradley's injury. I thought it was similar to what you wrote about Glasner, that it shouldn't happen now with the games coming so thick and fast.

Either he doesn't trust the players he has on the bench or he was afraid to change things up and was happy to settle for the draw.

{Ed001's Note - I should have put that in, but it was already too long a paragraph for a round up, so thought I would leave that for the review of the match. I was really annoyed with his decision not to use the subs when it was clear we needed some fresh legs and energy.}

Nice one, Ed. If I might add that Slot having had in survival mode with the way we play (cos he is in survival mode himself), I didn't see any way he would make subs to add some freshness to the team. Slot simply wasn't going to do it esp. since things were working out, according to his preparation. It is what it is. Now I will say that Slot even in survival mode, outcoached Arteta (this is not a flex, btw) in that second half.

I noticed that Slot went 1 v 1 in that second half and it seemed Arteta couldn't figure it out. this may have convinced Arteta to just stay in a mid block and try to nick it via a set piece which BTW, LFC did a good job of limiting them to just 3 all game with just 1 in the second half.
