Hi Eds, hope you all had a good Christmas. I was just wondering a few weeks ago, you guys mentioned that the owners were actively looking for a new manager and then murmurs came out from AVB and De Boer's twin, etc - Do you know if they are still looking to bring someone in, or has plans been put on hold?

{Ed001's Note - we said they are overhauling the whole set up and that will still happen, once it has been through a full period of examination to figure out exactly what the next step is. The manager's role is certainly being evaluated.}
