Hi eds, with Reina belived to be going, have we looked at Kasper Schmichael? I've watched him on multiple occasions due to the fact i'm from Leicester and he is definatly the best keeper in the championship by a mile. Plus I know Rodgers tried to sign him in his Swasea days! I think he'd make a real quality signing! {Ed002's Note - Not that I am aware.}

Hi eds, I've read a few things on the internet linking us with Kevin Strootman. They're saying we're now front runners for him. Now I think the guy is quality but I'd just like to check if there was any truth? And another question if it is, do we really need another midfielder? {Ed002's Note - Not as far as I know.}

Last year I took us 7 games to get to 6 points. Just saying.

Just found out that after Stevie's testimonial Olympiacos's chairman donated £100,000 to the SG Foundation (Gerrard's charity).
Huge Respect

Vergard Forren who Liverpool apparently "missed out" on in January to Southampton, has returned to Molde after six months without even kicking a ball for them. Good lad Brendan!

When Suarez bit Ivanovic people laughed that he needed a muzzle. Doesn't sound like a bad idea now does it considering he never shuts up

I'd like to start a discussion about one of our old favourites, Mr Xabi Alonso. Recent reports suggest we're back in for him.
Now apparently the fee would be around 10 million. To me that really would a great bit of business but I'm still on the fence. Would everyone prefer it if we invested the money in another "youngster" to challenge with Hendo and Allen? or spend it on a 31 year old who certainly isn't getting any younger. Some people might says he's past it but if you look at the Madrid vs Manc game it's clear to see Xabi had a long way to go yet and would still dominate at this level. He ripped them to shreds!
To me I would love to see him back due to his experience and his shear class.
Would really like to know what others think!
