sold petersen? I thought he looked pretty good in pre-season. he's been with us over 3 years, goes on tour and then gets sold off? Do we have too many players or something? would another year have made any difference - he;s only 19.
on another note, thought BRs tactics in the second half on MNF were poor. the wrong subs used. Am I the only one who thinks he should play Stevie in his best position, even if it is for half a game? we have DMs and SG is not one of them.

We've accepted an offer from Bayern for Reina apparently. .no idea of the fee. Shame in a way, Ming the Merciless could use some competition. When he's near the ball, I'm starting to feel like I do when Johnson is on the ball (sorry, I meant passing it to the opposition. )

i don't understand!! why do we keep signing wingers? we need a replacement for suarez. sturridge will get injured, lambert is a reasonable backup, borini, aspas, pacheco are not cl quality. 50m on 2 wingers seems daft when we have other areas to bolster including the strikers role. tottenham messed up last season with the bale cash and this looks like a mirror image. am i reading this wrong, or are we setting ourselves up badly?

I'm not sure I understand what is going on with Suarez. Haven't Barcelona essentially 'tapped him up' for this move? He's contracted by us, was not listed for sale - who do Barcelona think they are doing this - especially in light of how they dealt with LFC with tello?
