Chemistry my fellow reds. That's what is missing from our team. For all the passing and running ard like chickens Markovic and Lallana where hopeless. They didn't draw the defenders out and beat the men on the flanks and cut in. Very disappointing. Mad Mario was very good. He didn't retaliate for all the hard knocks he took. Congrats lad. Only thing is we bought u as a striker and expect u to put the ball in the back of the net. Simple.
Gerrard's time has come. He should just come on as an impact player. Give him 20 minutes. Personally I feel the team will play better without him. Whenever a player has the ball he wants to pass it to Stevie. This holds up the entire flow of the game. We must accept that this needs to happen sooner. Fergie prolonged The careers of Scholes and giggs this way.
Hopefully things will change for the better.

Mad Mario. Really LFC. We know that this guy is nuts no matter what kind of surety he is giving Brendan.
Another thing now that Buck has been found out to be full of it he should in future just say no comment if he is asked about a player.
Hopefully the night of the long knifes is over with and Buck can get on moulding the team. I am still in shock over how we could even consider mad Mario. Milan must have thanked their stars to see him go.
Even in his own country playing for his boyhood team he couldn't control himself. He is a mad genius. He will never change. Besides fretting about my team winning now I will have to fret about whether Mad Mario will play well or explode into madness and get sent off. He just isn't worth the stress levels.

Disappointed with the loss but there are extremely good signs that we have a fantastic team. We should have won this game easily but for whatever reason we didn't. Downing was good but faded. Gerrard seemed to tire. He should have come off and be replaced with Hendo. We need that energy In the middle. Enrique had a bad game as did Wisdom. Toure was great. Coutinho made too many mistakes and Sturidge should have at least kept us level. A bit more luck and we would be firing in goals for fun. Lots of chances created. A good day with a lot of work for Brendon to do!

Fellow reds I think we should all be realistic in terms of what the club will be able to achieve in terms of our strengths and weaknesses.
We will improve our position on last year without Suarez. A lot will depend on what quality is brought in to replace him that will determine top4 or not.
I hate to admit it but I see Chelsea cruising to the title with Man City a close 2nd. Manchester United and the Arse are the only 2 that bar no signings seem to be able to drop out that top 4.
Spurs have bought wisely and their midfield like it or not is the best there is in the EPL even without Bale.
This is the best time LFC have a chance to break into the top 4. With our young wingers I see us opening up a lot of defenses. Sterling and Ibe could win the title for LFC if they are able to realize a lot of their potential this season. A dream maybe but stranger things have happened.
