Morning eds and all, can't sleep with excitement so I said i'd share a few thoughts. Apologies for the long post.
Glad to see cissoko arriving, very experienced defender with around 35 champs league appearances so definetly looking forward to him.
With blanc confirming that sakho wants to leave I think we should definetly go for him even if it is just a loan. he's a hungry young player who needs a good season ahead of the world cup and he could well have that at LFC.
Hopefully these reports of willian signing are true as he will link up beautifully with the boys. If we don't get him i'm sure they will line up someone else.
Finally with inter milan apparently looking to free up some money again, how much do you think freddy guarin could go for eds? Not saying we would go for him but I wouldn't mind having him and lucas as my 2 dm's. It would be gas if we bought guarin for a cheap fee and he turned out to awesome for us like little phillippe.
Come on you reds, can't wait, just another 8 hours.

good news on signing cissoko on season long loan, a left attacking mid, a centre half to replace skrtel if he leaves, if suarez leaves i'm sure we will also sign another attacking player and maybe a defensive mid if we can.

Hope we sign siquiera, no chance of signin willian and I can't see it or want him for €40million. hope we could sign sakho if skrtel leaves but we definetly could do with a new left sided player in the mould of lamela / shaqiri / sanchez / lavezzi / elshaarawy / insigne. they certainly wouldn't cost as much as shaktar want for willian so forget willian {Ed002's Note - Willian left Shakhtar a while back.}

Just watched the tour interview with kolo toure and 1 thing that stands out for me is that he is really hungry for success and has such a big winning mentailty. League titles and cup wins at Arsenal and Man City, I think its no coincidence that he was integral to it. Having such a winner could bring a lot more confidence throughout the team. Very good signing form me.
