God have mercy!!Its become frustrating watching this team play this season.This is nowhere near the team we all say and loved watching last season even when we lost a game, For goodness sakes why do our defenders love passing the ball needlessy at the back and they cany even do that properly, I'm always to look at positives but thres none whatsoever in this game, Yes we have lots of new players and they take time to settle but that shouldn't change how the entire team plays, I seriously think we should play two up front because this system that we playing now is utter rubbish.Please feel free to comment.

Hi Guys

This is he way I see things and this is just my personal opinion and I'd like your views.Firstly its clear to see that we have got some good players in this summer while moving on those who weren't going to make the cut.I personally think that Balotelli up front will be a major boost and I honestly think Balotelli will take his chance.I still think we are missing that midfield general who can dictate general play while breaking up opposition attacks, we had this with gerrard while he is still pivotal to our team, We need to be consistent in our midfield in terms of getting the younger players to learn from Gerrard with a view of them taking on his role.I think this year is going to be difficult but we will be in the mix for the title come end of the season.Although we have spent a huge some of money I think it will pay off in time to come.going forward I think we just need to add one player or so per transfer window if the need arises so that players can gel and know each other inside out, look at city, they have a strong spine to their team.

Hi Eds and Fellow Reds

As all reds fans out there I'm pretty disappointed at the man city result.There were a few things pretty clear to me tonight though. Firstly I feel we lack that powerhouse midfield general who can really take charge of our midfield.Secondly I feel that sturridge needs to be played up front with someone he can click as we saw last season with suarez, coukd balotelli be the answer?time will tell.As much I hate to admit it I see city as a really strong and powerful team with depth in every dept of their squad.They are sheer class and their options available are frightening when you look at their bench, city have proven players where Liverpools are unproven.Let's hope for a good turnaround.

Firt time poster but been reading on here for ages.With all the talk about Falcao and Balotelli, has anyone really thoughtthat Falcao if signed on loan would eventually seek his dream move to real madrid.Taking this into account I would rather go for Balotelli, a player who I believe that with all his antics could be an amazing coup for the club if he can get his act together and brendon rodgers gets the best out of him.Liverpool do have a tendency of turning average good players into superstars.
