I've been told Liverpool trying to secure deal for Alexandre Pato for €15m. Have you heard anything on this eds and is this connected with Rodgers trip to Brazil?

I have been told that we will make a move for Christian Erikson after scouting him again this weekend when he scored 1 and created 1 for Ajax. Whilst he only has 1 year left on his contract, the club feel they can get him before the deadline for a reasonable price and much less than quoted in previous windows. Just passing on what I was told!

Do you know what the issue is with the Markovic deal and what the issues were? It was reported to an an interpreter issue but I don't believe that would hold up the deal for 2 days

Hi eds. Not a rumour, more of a question.
Other than Sanchez, is there any other alternatives lined up to replace Suarez? Such as Reus?
Don't know about other reds fans but whilst Can and Origi have potential and Lambert and Lallana are good squad additions, I fear that whilst our squad will be stronger, our starting 11 will be weaker when you compare our transfer activity to Chelseas.
Any clues eds as to who we could get to replace Suarez?
