Hey there Eds and Reds. Just a quick question. How would fans feel if the Epl changed to a playoff style format? With the top four teams enterted into semi-finals. (1st playing 4th and 2nd playing 3rd) The winners of both playing for the title and the losers playing in a 3rd place match (thus deciding the champions league spots.) The layout would be identical to that of the English Premiership and Pro 12 in Rugby Union. While I see the unfairness in the possibility of the team who's performed the best throughout the season lose the title, this way would generate increased revenue for the clubs and excitement among fans.
I'm just asking for opinions so please don't bite my head off haha

I have a strange feeling Utd are going to #FreeShinji and set him loose against us this weekend. Obviously his lack of game time could spur him on. Great attacking player and good at linking up with the centre forward. Hopefully Sturridge can do the damage at the other end.
