Anyone thought about how Spurs would be if Bale were to stay? Top 4 guaranteed, obviously, maybe even proper title contenders, but I think there's another twist to come in this and Real will either not bid or bid about £35-40m at the last minute. Personally, I think he's worth nowhere near the £80-90m that's being touted.
Someone else said it earlier but it's looking like it will be really difficult for us to make Top 4 this season. The best we can hope for is to battle it out with Arsenal for 5th spot. Really hope I'm proven wrong and trust in what Brendan's doing. With the players we have coming through though, the future's looking good!
