Hi eds just wondering on your thoughts on a couple of players Douglas Costa and Alex teixera of shaykh tar both like excellent players. How do you rate them are either attainable have we had them watched and if not who is interested. The only concern for me would be adapting to a quicker league

Hi eds just an observation and question on Gerard. Do you think br is aware of the clamour from some for Gerard to be benched and also do you think br sees the flaws in his game he has never struck me as his kind of player. Interesting to note that rafa has been the only manager to ever take him on. He was used under Rafael apart from maybe first season as a wide right mid and then no 10 behind Torres. Gerard won huge plaudits in Istanbul but his first half performance he was destroyed by kaka and this was in his peak. Hamann came on to save day. My opinion of Gerard is he is not a great player but a player capable of great moments. This is fine if your a forward but midfielders need to do more and Rafael never trusted him tactically. The media in this country have a huge role in his hype as none can see the flaws but in Ireland the media tell it like it is and have never acknowledged him to that degree. I believe fergie was probably right and other players in the mid over the years were able to cover for his tactical indiscipline. And to think every England manager tried to pair him with lampard who has similar qualities and weaknesses but has been able to adapt a little

Hi eds was just wondering if I could get an update on the situation. I know you don't like to get into finances but I see Chelsea published some results yesterday but didn't see many worried with there findings. It's also been mentioned that we were one of the clubs which would be in trouble even though we pushed for the introduction of . When are the structures and punishments taking effect and would the club be confident with falling in line also when will we see liver pools financial results posted. I presume a huge offer for Suarez would help if we were worried
