I was thinking during the game about a game I watched in July. Against Melbourne. Luis was skulking around looking miserable etc. if I had been told we would be top going into April and Suarez would have 29 lge goals I would have thought the person telling me was bonkers. I said to chap with me that Suarez would never play for us again. How wrong I was
So all credit to Bren, owners and Suarez.
I know we are in it and looking back is useless but I just thought it was funny

We were very lucky today. The peno was very soft and they should have had on for Suarez handball
How on earth do we get a peno for that and Skrtel continues to do his best impression of a WWE wrestler? This is going to cost us as refs can't continue to let this go.
But all in all a good result today and v valuable 3 points. Great to see Sturridge back
{Ed001's Note - to be fair, Stoke are doing exactly the same to him and the rest of the team, so today he could get away with it. Skrtel really does need to cut it out now though, it will cost us.}

First to say that I would have loved us to keep Suarez based on form of last season.
But all of the interviews and IMO the lack of respect he has shown LFC we need to get rid of him and quickly. What we do not need is another Torres situation and him move on in last hours of the window. This brings me on to the crux on my point.
We are in Limbo. If we are interested in Soldado (which based on age and price I am not sure we are) then we will lose him because of the carry on with LS. We should put a time i.e. Monday 5pm and if Arsenal have not matched value we place on him then under no circs will he be sold. And stick to it. We are missing him for first 6 games anyhow.
We need to be firm and not be pushed around.
If we continue in this limbo then we will miss on any targets and end up in a Carroll situation
