I think its time people realize and accept that we are not the attraction to top players that we used to be. It has been a good number of years without Champions League and weak league performances.

I believe that the clubs management are working really hard to get in quality signings but face an uphill battle due to our stature currently.

For me the best route for us to try return to former glories and stature is to sign young players with hunger and potential and turn them and the squad in to the finished article. (Similar to Arsenal in the late '90's, eventually developing the 'invincibles')

This strategy may take a while but at least it is organic and sustainable providing we can hold on to the player who develop from young talents to the complete article.

This season I would be happy if we play good attacking football, have a good challenge for 4th and maybe one of the cups.

Players like Willian may be great and would have made thing easier perhaps, but sometimes we have to accept our reality and give the club, managers and players our 100% support.
