Hi eds, just wondering if you could possibly address a couple of questions I have. How do top elite clubs select scouts in England or overseas, how do elite clubs choose partner clubs abroad in terms of loaning young players to and in the recent past, could you nominate a signing we made who was expected to be a huge positive impact on the first team, but turned out a damp squib. for me it's definitely joe cole. such a disappointing signing. Also, what youngster did you expect to take first team by storm, but never ever quite make it at all. For me it is ibe. Thanks for everything eds.

Scouts are sometimes ex players, but often for lower tie teams being looked at the are ex local referees or officials at lower league clubs. Then there are professional scouts. Joe Cole was picked up after recovering from a long injury. Aquila I was expected to excel but injury and team mates put the end to that. I thought Suso would heave been given more opportunity. }.

Loris karius if we're talking recent past. Although he wasn't as bad as he will be remembered by us reds. He was better than mignolet, and I think if he'd applied himself fully to nurturing the talent God gave him and looked up the word humility before in the under 6 Yr old dictionary it is next to a picture of him after a ball bounces of a French legendary goal scorer to pop into his net in a European Cup final. He never recovered from it. I used to think all that stuff about goal keepers finding it hard to recover from mistakes was media guff, but we saw it with him. He was slowly getting better and who knows where he could've got to.

If his own value of himself has any true substance to it, perhaps he will recover and learn to use that pain/ embarrassment that he felt to push on. Sometimes these things can have positive affects in the long term. Bless him, he was a Liverpool player and for that reason I loved him, I cheered for him, I applauded him. I shouted at him. I hope he's alright. But he bombed big time.
