I find it rather bizarre that ‘the usual suspects’ always get new shiny job offers, even if their résumées would perhaps indicate immediate failure.

It all seems so. shortsighted. businesslike - always This Quarter - rather than sustainably planning ahead. Which could include a bumpy road.

There should not be a shortage of candidates one would think. I do understand that the top positions are quite qualified work, and I’m not suggesting myself.

Is it a case of chicken vs egg discussion regarding experience? Nepotism and ‘making friends at high places’?

I see questionnarks, but I don’t know if there is a question here. I just don’t get it. Over and out.
