We've seen the qualities he has in pre season, he just needs to adjust to how we defend and to learn when and when not to press. He was class for Monaco and I really think he will help us tick if he adjusts.

Seriously ed yeah he looked quite at home in preseason I didn't see any glaring issues, is it he failing too adapt too the city the culture is he happy within himself with the move? Just I would of thought he would at least be in the squad .

Liverpool have some very talented footballers in midfield. Only very vary special players are going to walk into our team ie keita. Fab will get there, no doubt and keita will get better. It wouldn't be fair to milly gini or Hendo to have fab walk straight in. Not after the season they had.

So far we have played games we are expected to win no problem. I'm guessing it will be the real tests when we will see the more defensive fabhino come into his own. So far we haven't played a DM.

I predicted mane to be our top goalscorer which was very unpopular before the season started but it looks a possibility. He looks great so far.

I also said we might go 10 games without conceding. While that was of course a wild claim the odds have now shortened. Alison looks class eh. And van diike. Towards end of game tonight palace had a couple of wide set pieces and I said to myself come on vigil, and he was there twice. The second one sending the forwards on their way. Class. We have class oozing through our team. The full backs look even better than last season. There was some debate as to whether robbo was a top lb. He is, he just is. I'm not saying he's the best in the world but he is top. When he is attacking you always think he might create something and when defending he is pretty solid. In possession he is completely trust worthy. Trent is even better. I think we are going to be close this season. City are a fine team and if not for them we would dominate this league now. We have a real genuine chance. Exciting. We will lift something this year, I'm certain of it. Hopefully the prem.
