Fekir was our first choice but any ideas who else was scouted r potential alternatives? Who would everyone like liverpool to turn to now if they do infact end their pursuit? Max meyer, draxler, james rodriguez, lemar. (im not suggesting these are the actual targets)

Meyer has gone now, I don’t see Draxler being interested in leaving PSG unless it’s back to Germany, Rodriguez is lazy and over rated, Lemar is likely to go to Atletico.

And they all will cost a bomb why this transfer has to happen! I can’t see anyone of his caliber to come in for that price even with one leg! Klopp might go and buy a winger which will still keep our midfield same old athletic without that magic!
