Not seen it mentioned on here but i read earlier this morning that Rhian Brewster turned down an invitation to the u17's world cup victory parade.

He turned it down because Liverpool u23's had a game and he told the manager he would rather play!

What a grounded young man. He doesn't care about hype or partying. He just wants to play football. Respect!

He probably got a clip round the ear for being one of the many who turned their shirt around so that their name was on the front which shows the flipped side of your coin. I believe he was probably told here’s a chance to redeem that and put a positive story out. He probably then said yes boss I want to play the game instead and then the club puts it out their with the interview from Critchley.

Not like Jeremy Kyle to make a cynical assumption about a young man 🙄.

Nah I don't agree jezza. I don't think there is a motive behind it. The kid simply wants to play and I find that very refreshing. Can't wait til he breaks through. Woodburn and Solanke are finding it difficult so its going to be hard. Fair play to southgate for picking solanke against brazil. a brave move fro a player who doesn't get many games. I'd really like to see solanke start next time we play a Swansea or palace.
