Hey Ed1 hope all is well, if you're about would like to get your opinion on Julian Weigl. I personally think he is class act and kind of reminds me of Alonso albiet Alonso for me was a class above the rest but Julian Wiegl seems to have that poise and aura about him.

{Ed001's Note - I like him a lot, I would certainly like us to look at him and attempt to sign him in the summer.}

Damn fine player Weigl is, but no chance of us signing him. There will be bigger clubs willing to pay way more for his services if BVB agree to sell. Read somewhere that Pep wants him as Fernandinho's long term replacement. If City want him, they will get him.

Magnificent player and I expect us to miss him completely in favor of a hard core athlete CM.

I am with you I hope we are looking at him or at the very least will try to make efforts in the summer to sign him. Question Ed1 and if you don't know not to worry, do you know if

a) Klopp has him as a target or is a fan of him or has made tentative efforts in the past/ present about his availability.

b) If he is even available in the summer or willing to move?

Liverpool rarely get the players I really want apart from Naby Keita hope that continues with Julian Weigl.

Just saying there will be more attractive options for Weigl if BVB are willing to sell.
