Does klopp see the need for a proper striker in his team or is he happy with having firmino up there? Just think firmino would be perfect behind the likes of a harry kane (imagine how many goals he would get at Liverpool giving the amount of chances we create) or an aubamyang someone who is clinical in front of goal

Salah and Mane combined have scored 9 goals between them (EPL) . Only 6 EPL games gone. Mane has been suspended too.

I really do not see the problem here with this outcry for a natural front man being needed?

Mane and Salah have combined scored more than Kane, Alli and Erikson.

Coutinho seem to be getting a grip that Barcelona is not going to happen now and may not even happen in future. Firmino will get goals too.

Why the bloody outcry for a main man up top? Mind boggling.

Don't see the need for a main striker. That to me is mind boggling maxlfc. Firmino as great as he is will never be a 20-25 goal a season striker. I think him behind someone like Kane (who we won't get) or someone of that ilk would be far more beneficial to the team imo. That's the great thing about football full of opinions that's what makes it exciting. Defence needs to be sorted first before we even think about a main man up top. Think we will agree on that.

Ken coutinho will be going whether we like it or not. Coutinho is a fantastic player and I don't want to lose him but he will be a goner by the summer whether that's to barca, PSG or whoever else. The list won't be short of teams that want him. Fabinho I don't know if you have seen him? Fabulous player. Can pass short, long good engine can play DM but isn't limited to that. He can score goals also, would toughen up midfield as he isn't afraid to get stuck in and I think him and keita would be a match made in heaven. I think klopp will revert back to 4231 next season.

I think they just need to train a bit more on putting chances away with different techniques. Outside of the foot, head, vollys etc etc and calmness under pressure. We snatch a lot. Its not a hard thing to get right either. We need a hell of a lot more training defensively though. Kloppo needs a few more double or triple sessions to drill it Into them.

This issue has been litigated already and the facts are stubborn on this issue. We scored almost 100 goals (92) last season in all comps. w/ o a striker. This season, we have scored near 20 goals in all comps. this season already (could have been 30 - 35 had we taken our chances) so again, this "striker" thingy is a red herring. Our boys just need to train more in front of goal and when in good positions, be more intelligent in their decision making.

Ken I agree 100% pal. Fabinho won't be coming to Liverpool unfortunately think he would be a fantastic player for us tho. For me I think butland and vvd are musts in Jan even if a deal could done for butland to be done for summer in Jan would be great. Think he is a fantastic keeper.
