Morning all and Eds.

So we are a few weeks into the transfer window.

How do you the other teams around us are shaping up?

I think Everton have made a couple of decent signings but for me, Man City are looking strong, they have strengthened where they have said they needed to strengthened, eclectically if they land Mendy too.

Not so sure about Arsenal or United, they stil need more imo.

The window has a long way to go so it will be interesting, I expect United to spend big.

Manchester City have spent well but they are no super squad as people seem to be assuming. Their attack is quite strong but they still have a shaky defense and only one fullback in Walker if you count Kolarov as a centre back

Manchester United seem to be finally targetting players they need rather than just signing superstars for the sake of it. While I don't know much about Lindelof, Lukaku is certainly a good signing. I'm hoping they don't get Fabinho as he'll strengthen them a lot.

Chelsea have gone for Rudiger and Bakayoko and while both are good players undoubtedly, I don't think they'll improve Chelsea's level that much. It'll be to the other teams to catch up.

Arsenal for me till now have done the best business. They've signed a proper goalscorer in Lacazette and a very good left back in Kolasnic. And if they do manage to keep hold of Sanchez, I think they'll be one to watch out for although Europa will be a hindrance.

I have to disagree on City.

They have lost Zabaleta (in ny opinion the best right back to play in the Prem) and replaced him with the second best right back in Tottenhams squad.

They have lost Clichy and will look to replace him with Mendy; an unproven kid who cannot defend for his life, but is lethal going forward. Not really a vast upgrade, if at all.

And what is this Silva guy going to add? They already had Sterling, Sane, Aguero, Jesus, D. Silva, De Bruyne, Iheanacho, Navas, Nolito etc. Has that signing really improved them? Not really.

Then you have this new keeper who like Bravo isn't a great shot stopper either.

I don't think City have improved much at all. They were already strong enough to compete for the title so I still expect them to be right up there, but they aren't striding away from the pack as much as the media want us to believe!

How about our defense Reet? Klavan / Korolov no difference!
