What's everyone's thoughts on Ajaxs set up. Average age of 22 against Schalke and have played 1600 consecutive games with at least one academy graduate in there team. That possible in the Prem?

Of course it's possible. Just takes putting two fingers up at ridiculous fans demanding instant gratification in a context-less environment with no ramifications.

Short answer - no.

Southampton are the closest we have to a side like Ajax in the premier league.

This league is far too high pressured, young players are hounded by fans after a few poor performances and money rules all meaning any players that look half decent are poached to play for "bigger" teams.
