We need a left winger with pace and only play one of coutinho or firmino behind origi. Can and Hendo in midfield although could play grucic.

Most worrying thing yesterday is klopp didn't change it for far too long.

No, we need defence. Conceded 5 in 2. LB is a problem everyone bar the management has highlighted as an issue. GK is unfortunate, but IMO Migs hasn't done bad. We also need a proper CDM. Not sure why Can isn't played and coached for that as I thought that was his game, same with Grujic. Wasn't he bought in as that? Played amazing throughout preseason and like Origi, dropped.

All top sides and champions start with a solid defence, forget about more attackers.

Firmino coutihno and lallana on the pitch offer nothing together . They play far to narrow which means the full backs have to play as wingers so the side can get any width . Just means we concede . Check my posts from last season and I said exactly the same thing . Imo we have made the squad weaker than last season whilst playing the same silly formation.

Can, henderson and grujic as holding midfield players would do for now.

I questioned klaven when he signed and I still think its a daft signing.

Also can someone tell me where wijnaldum should be playing?
