Happy just Sturridge, forced out on a wing, was part of tonights game. Nice to get him and the others back for preseason early. Hope Shrek, Hart and Kane keep this form for next season. 😉.

I said before the Tournament that Kane was over rated and average. Got shot down for it, but it's true.

He needs 10 shots to score, his touch is awful, his link up play and movement is poor, his passing is atrocious and his set pieces are laughable.

Bang average player who profited from a team built around him in the league. In the same way Benteke scored goals in a Villa side engineered for him, Kane scores goals in a Spurs side engineered for him.

Kane is the English answer to Benteke!

He looks just knackered tbh, I don't know if he was feeling the pressure of is actually just exhausted. But Kane starting tonight was a bad decision. Rooney should never have gone to the Euros. Not fit at all, was out a lot this season and we took him as a MF which he can't play, you see nice little pockets and expect him to move into to pick it up and he just stands there watching.

Rashford for me should have started Slovakia and tonight, Last season i thought MAN u were so poor but he looked good and the little game time he had looked very sharp and full of energy, was a bit of a joke to put Sterling in for him. He's gone down a level since going to City for us i remember he could actually make stuff happen on the wings. Looks a little unfit tbh and end prodcut hasn't improved. Rooney and Sterling in the same team tonight was asking for poor football imo, Lallana is not my favourite LFC player but i thought he has been good for England in the Euros and didn't even get a look in, Dier was poor against SLovakia should of started Hendo or AL, also when he brings Wilshere on who has barely played footy the last few years, he looked knackerred after only playing 20 mins. Hodgson got it wrong tonight i think against a very average side. Iceland proper went for it though and deserved the win, wish we actually played though like the Irish boys.
