So the bidding war starts on sterling, I've read we want 50m if that is true the situation could not have been about money because if you expect 50m for a player irregardless of potential his wages must be in the 100k + bracket, at the same time though take city to the cleaners 50m sounds about right loooool, eds what do you think about the transfer fee if we have set it at 50m?

If Liverpool get anywhere near 40-50 million for Sterling now the owners should take the money and run. Sterling is by far nowhere near the finished article and could very easily become a small fish in a very big pond at City, Chelsea, Madrid. and end up in obscurity!
