If this is all true about raheem rejecting £100.000 pw then its a disgrace. For a kid to be that much money motivated,,well i'd sell him to the highest bidder. But i honestly don't think he is a wonderkid as some people suggest. His first touch is terrible he seems to scuff almost every shot, its very rare you see him hit a true clean shot. And he goes on these little dribbling runs then loses his head and seems to forget what he is doing. But if one of the big European clubs come in for him i.e. Madrid, barca etc. do you honestly see him getting a game. The best thing for him would be sign a new deal but would it be best for lfc ,,i don't know.

I've thought for the last 18 months that his end product is not good enough to be a starting winger in a CL club, and that he might never be prolific or good enough for that role.
I don't see in him the quick one touch play of a gerrard, or the finishing of a top four attacking player, or good decision making ability.
For me, he can run fast and he can dribble, and that's it.
I've always been sceptical of young players that are hyped up by the media, and for me he is a prime example of this trend- a headless chicken with a very weak shot, though admittedly with good ball control a good dribble.
He's now had a couple of seasons with a lot of game time and a lot of starts, and his attacking and finishing game is not developing the way it needs to. In fact this season he has gone backwards.
Almost every time I've seen Ibe play he has looked as good as Sterling, and much more direct and dangerous.
Some young players get crazily overhyped and command big fees that turn out to be way above their true value to a team.
I think LFC can do better than Sterling, certainly in terms of finishing and goals, and to me he is one of those players that it makes sense to sell for a high fee, so we can fund the top striker we desperately need.

Leave the kid alone for a bit, his agent is doing him no favours and the media are running with it. He has a lot of pressure on him and he's only 20, why slag him off rather than support him? He's our player, and he's done well this season being played out of position constantly. It comes to something when we can't even support our own players. We stuck by he who shall not be mentioned through much worse than this.

Yeh let's support the guy who is flattered to be linked with arsenal. If he is money hungry why turn down a 70k a week pay rise and put off till the summer which will be a lot of weeks taking 30k instead of 100k.Its simple he wants to leave us so why support him

I'll support Sterling until he leaves, I think as long as he's wearing the Liverbird he's our player. I don't care about the media angles or agent agendas. He's 20 years old and is our joint top scorer playing in positions that maybe aren't his best. But that's just me.

Super and Ollie talk sense here. Many have fallen for the media BS and are now attacking a young and naive boy who is defo being taken for a ride by a self-serving and disingenuos agent ho seems to care about everything else BUT his client(s) because Berahino (who has made dumb comments as well who is also young) has the same agent. I suggest everyone just chill out and wait till the process runs it`s course because Ed01 has said that money is NOT the issue so it is just r people to keep mentioning the 100k a week stuff when in reality, it is not abot that.
