Hope people lay off Lovren. He played alright and anyone can miss a penalty.

The only people who never miss penos are those who have never take them. It should never have come to that if certain players had played for the team instead of themselves, IMO.

I thought Lovren was shocking. Gave up possession repeatedly. Inability to make a positive play. Yes, he's strong in the air, but even his defence was disappointing for me. I'm meh about the penalty - he probably shouldn't have been put in a position to take it. But his play was. atrocious IMHO.

He and Lallana, for me, have been a terrible return for the cost. We'd have been better off investing all that money in the stadium.

Weve wasted most of the transfer budget on overpriced underachievers for years, last 3-4 windows especially last one and the Carrol Downing one, scandalous as it goes.FSG must have money to burn as I wouldn't let LFC buy my groceries.
