He has made 1 appearence for Derby so that means that he is indeed cup-tied. I personally think that it is about time (21st Century) that players being cup-tied should be done away with.

I like the cup tie rule. I think it's good that you have to start and finish with the same squad, and it can also help smaller teams keep key players mid season - especially young ones who would only be likely to play cups
