Is Alcantara (an Arabic word which means 'bridge') our De Bruyne or is his style different. I hope he'll help us bridge the gap (the pun intended) between our midfield and that of City.

They are entirely different from how they are and how they will be used. Thiago will dictate the game from the deep at LFC. KDB is more of an attacking midfielder.
Thiago will mostly play the Alonso role in the team.

Hamidou, TAA is our KDB. He just plays RB, IMO.
