What an absolutely fantastic 2019, In my wildest dreams did I think we would go a full year unbeaten. Massive kudos to Klopp and the players.
Last night was the first time in a good while that I genuinely thought we looked tired, maybe I'm wrong but Sheff United did not turn up at all and I jus thought we looked tired from start to finish. Despite this a win is a win and as long as we keep winning then makes no difference.
Would like to hear ed001 take on Keita and his injuries, he started off and looked like a good player got injured lost for for a bit come back looked to be making strides towards end of last season then again was crocked took him a while to get back then again a injury ser him back and recently looked like he was going to be a key component in the months to come but has been crocked again. Can I ask your opinion if you think its plain bad luck, maybe fitness coaches not wrking with him properly or could it be more a case of the lads lifestyle and not keeping himself in tip top shape outside of training?

Hope u had a good new years celebrating and wish you all the best for the upcoming year.

{Ed001's Note - I am beginning to think it has to be his lifestyle, as no one else in the squad is having these issues. Either that or he is made of tissue paper.}

Cheers for your response ed001, we certainly seem to be crippled by current injury crisis. Makes the derby team selection interesting, would you go strong as possible as it's a derby or more let's not make this injury crisis worsen and sprinkle a few fringe players like lallana, origi and adrian with majority of kids?

{Ed001's Note - crippled? We are top of the league and winning game after game, that doesn't sound all that crippled!

I would go weaker, include Phillips and give Virgil a night off.}

When you say lifestyle Ed, what do you mean? I’d assume their diets would be controlled, they won’t drink (I assume) during the season?

{Ed001's Note - their diets at home can't be controlled. Mona Nemmer provides them with a diet plan and will also provide them with food to eat at home if they want it, but they could easily just head straight to the pub or Maccies and gorge on rubbish if they choose.

However I was thinking it is more likely he probably doesn't sleep properly or something like that.}

Crippled by injury? Man, easy off a bit, alright? Our injuries are no more than any other team, IMO. The only team that seems to moan about their injuries are ironically, the team that has spent over a billion in the past decade and they are only missing two players BUT I digress.

As for Keita, I don't know what the issue is BUT I do know for a fact that if you are in tip-top shape, you won't have to deal with nagging injuries cos your body is able to deal with them cos well, knocks happen all the time. If you are also not getting enuff rest and sleep and watching what you eat or drink then, this is what you get.

Ahh I see, gotcha Ed. Probably up playing Fifa, lol. I’m surprised as to the diet aspect since wouldn’t most of them have personal chefs and all that.

{Ed001's Note - not many have personal chefs.}
