Fair enough Virgil, just a bit worried about the first month of the season, our front three won’t be up to speed until September, could be six points behind city by then.

Firmino and Salah are back on Monday, I have no issue with any combination of Firmino, Salah, Wilson or Origi until Manè comes back and Shaqiri is back, I’d say those six are pretty decent interchangeable options. Given that they’re lol international footballers and all offer something different.

City are missing even more first team players than us due to international involvement. Mendy still injured and kompany not yet replaced. Aguero Jesus fernandinho ederson otamendi mahrez also with no pre season. 3 of those are in their 30s too. Nothing to suggest city have any advantage over us to start the season stronger.
