Are Lfc really interested in West Broms Rekeem Harper Eds?

Yek i know, seems like a good prospect though for the 23's or to sign and then send him out for some more experience though.

he played 16 games for west brom last season i'd doubt he would sign with the assumption of going into the U23's.

Then a loan then southern, as i also said. Either way he seems a good young player, a regular for England in age his age group so a no brainer for me.
