Besktis (don't know spell) have been priced out for benteke move Liverpool echo what do all us Liverpool fans think about this all so ballo in talks too apparently with some team not sure what to think about that he has been linked to clubs.

{Ed002's Note - Besiktas want a loan with an option of buying which might not suit Liverpool. Any agreement to buy him would need Liverpool to reduce the significant asking price considerably.

The Liverpool transfer committee messed up again with benteke, better to get rid now than keep hold and watch his value drop even further.

Never in a million years should we have paid £32mil for him last season.

Benteke had a very good record with a poor side. He found the net consistently in the premier league for several seasons. He is not a bad player and 32 million is what we needed to spend to get him in, in an over inflated market.

The problem is that he didn't fit the system or the style of play. Not that he is a poor player or overpriced!

Benteke is a good player imo just not a good fit with what klopp expects from his strikers, I bet if he goes to a palace or west Bromwich or even west ham he'd score 15+ imo.
