Hi Ed002, Is he a good scout?

{Ed002's Note - There is no easy measure of how good "scouts" are. Most of his efforts were in South America - particular in Brazil and particularly young players.}

I did post that question a few days ago but it never showed on the site. would you know for what position they might be looking at him for? and what are your thoughts on him as part of the assumed new structure going foward?

{Ed002's Note - Liverpool has been reworking the scouting system since the summer. In South America Liverpool were given great advice and leads but chose to ignore it. They need to look to younger players and have certainly been looking to focus in the Far East. I really have no idea about a role he might take on.}
