Klopp seems to be acknowledging the fact that we needed to score more goals. It's been the case for a while now where our attackers have failed to convert the big chances time and again. As good as Mo and Mane are, I think we could do with a competition.

he just means that for today. I don't think he means spending 100s of millions on a player to sit on a bench in the hope they can come on as a sub to score a goal so we can turn the one or 2 draws we've had into 3 points.

I get that Klopp was only pointing at yesterday's game but over the course of season we have seen our front 3 waste quite a lot of chances going forward (Atletico game at Anfield comes to mind) . There have been a lot of tight victories which could have been quite straightforward had we finished a few of the many good chances tbh. I don't think it's viable to spend 50 odd million on any back up player, it's just not realistic for us. However, we could definitely look at upgrading on the current fringe players like Shaq or Divock after offloading them and get in someone more suitable to the system.

Also as Ed mentioned Brewster, he could be a handy option to have. He seems to be a poacher in front of the goal.

I think some of you are being picky. Usually when we lose or draw it's because we don't put away our chances. that will happen whether we have Ronaldo, Messi and Mbappe in our front 3. Our job is to limit those dropped points, which is what we have done.

I always felt this season was about the PL. next season I'm hoping we can compete at the business end of all the cups.

It's true, we have achieved our objective of the season by winning the league. Altho my initial point was more to direct towards the next season's to come when we will probably be challenging for every silverware.

I'm far from being a moaner who jumps on to criticize the team after every draw or loss. On the contrary, I'm actually very relaxed with our situation tbh. It was merely an opinion on where we could strengthen further to help the front 3, who btw have done a fantastic job all season.
