Is VAR run by there own refs in other countries in Europe. As in the same as our would be. ?

{Ed002's Note - I am not sure I understand the question but the VAR trained referees in the USA and Germany are typically ex American and German referees or referees from other parts of the game.}

Ours is run by our own referees. Current, top officials, have been working in two man teams on the cup games.
Then our fifa select referees also do a uefa var training as well as the fa one.

So the new technology that most people wanted, will be in the hands of the same old incompetents?, cannot see what could possibly go wrong.
