I cannot believe what i am reading on here regarding TAA.
Some of the posters on here are always asking for the kids to be given a chance. He has been given a chance and done remarkably well.
Looking back on past posts he has been mentioned as being outstanding, what a prospect etc. Yet he made mistakes in all them games, but because we won it has not been mentioned.
Before blaming him look at the senior players that did not turn up, Lovren for one. He got bullied by Lukaku and was not dealing with the flick ons.
The OX kept giving the ball away and his decision making was awful.
TAA is still learning his trade and will make mistakes as ALL players do.
Hopefully Ryan Sessegnon does not read this page because if we are interested, why would he want to come to a club and get slaughtered when he makes a mistake.

Thank goodness, thought it was just me.
Our 2 CBS were too busy trying to look after themselves to try and give him any belief or protection.
If your CB partner goes forward to compete for a headheader- you are taught to drop off in case he loses the flick on.
VvD- static- no movement and he could have easily intercepted before Rashford got onto the ball.


When under pressure we seem to go mute and withdraw into ourselves- that’s when you need vocal leaders pushing players into position and constantly communicating to encourage - especially younger players.

So lovren may have been bullied by Lukaku and yes Can should have shielded him more- but on both goals the gap between our CBs was enormous.

Jose could have driven his bus through.

Well thank god Mourinho did not opt Martial on the left against Robertson! We have weakness and Mourinho exploited with precision!
