Seems to me getting cup tied is a strange rule. Why is it still enforced? I also find it strange that bigger clubs around the world haven’t pushed to get rid of it?

seems to me the rule is perfect, it makes it so a team like barce can't buy world class players like coutinho/ more players this time of year and roll thru the champs league!
