This would at least suggest that Monaco are not adamant about Lemar staying and are open to the possibility of selling, hefty hefty fee but it appears the ball is in Liverpool's court now.

{Ed002's Note - Lemar has said nothing of the sort - Wardak said earlier in the day that his desire was to play in the Champions League and that Arsenal had at that point not confirmed the package that would be offered to the player.

If we bid enough now though that Monaco accept, there isn't enough time to get the terms and medical done.
