Hi Eds,
could you please explain why would Liverpool and Klopp push so hard to get Keita and VVD for such outrageous sums of money? Seems to me these positions are pretty well covered. What's more these transfers look less and less possible. Wouldn't it be wiser to go for top class striker like Aubameyang? Thanks.

{Ed001's Note - for one Aubameyang is no more needed than they are, so why would that be the alternative? For two, he is at his peak (considering he is a player that relies entirely on pace probably a short peak with a quick downhill), while both VVD and Keita are still to reach their peak, so they are a better investment for the team. Thirdly neither of those have been dropped from the side for buggering off to a different country to go partying all night, so no it would not be wiser to target him.}

These positions are well covered but not with many real talent! Vvd would be our best defender we would have so it would be a an upgrade on the team and Keita though I haven't seen much of him would have the potential to be one of the best in our midfield, but my fear would be Do you think can maybe on his way? But with extra games we need a big squad so I'd be more than happy if we go and get Vvd and keita.

I think we desperately need a centre back, it's centre mid we are stocked in and I would have preferred we strengthened at goalkeeper and full back before but Klopp obviously thinks Keita is a special case.

Well RBL must really rate Keita as it will cost them 27 million plus to play him this next season.

Why did we buy Solanke, A striker? A position well covered! Some people makes me laugh! Cut this bull about positions! There are lot of reasons clubs buys a player! Why did we buy a young Grujic or Allan? A position that's well covered!
If Keita was a £10mill player you would be jumping from your seat! It's not the player but money is rounding your head! Naby Keita is a very special player he is being looked at for a 10 year investement!

And over the top people wants Aubemayang! 6th striker at the club!

I think solanke is a good buy as i can't see sturridge scoreing 20 goals and lasting the season .
