This is what I mean. I also read a post saying Clyne played well and had two assists. Remember a players position and what they're primarly suppose to offer in that role.
When everyone's fit, Wijnaldum and lallana wouldn't be in my starting 11. Think Wijnaldum is completely out of his depth. Edd001 argued he's getting used to our system but I've watched him in the league long enough. I hope I'm completely wrong on him though and klopp finds him a place in the team and he looks like a quailty player.
I didn't mention moreno because I know for the life of me milner will play left back or we will buy someone. Moreno cannot even be a consideration. I am not a james milner fan but the lad will concentrate and defend a lot better than moreno.
We really need 3 fullbacks, one right back and two left backs. It's hard even seeing us bring in one left back atm. Senseless how we blew 25 plus million on a midfielder we didn't need and didn't get Chilwell.

Awful Ed? . I'm going to have to disagree with you on that one. He did his job and some. I don't remember him dwelling too long but maybe once. Some very neat back heels and flicks. And worked very hard on defense.

{Ed001's Note - you must have not been watching, every time he got the ball he took a touch or 7 more than was needed. It was a major problem in the first half, when he kept getting mugged for the ball because of it, including their first goal if I remember correctly.}

It was lallana who was at fault for 1st and 2nd goals, the 1st he got robbed too easily, the 2nd he came charging over to ox, when there was already somebody on him then got in the way and totally missed the tackle letting him get through. Took his goal well though 😃.

EDD001,agree about LALANA he does dwell on the ball and lose possession a lot, him and COUTINHO are the same they are light-weight and goes missing in games, they score the odd goal and dine out on it, you won't see them for the next four or games and then they'll turn up with a cameo role in a game and then every one thinks there world class, if you won't to win the league you have got to do it every week, just like MAHREZ of Leicester.

EDD001,it might sound harsh on COUTINHO but just watch him in his next 6games and tell me if he's consistent and world class. cameo roles at best.

EDD001,they might not be at the top of there game, like MESSI but you notice them in the game, in that first half I didn't know COUTINHO was on the pitch, the likes of SUAREZ and MESSI produce every game that's why there on top dollar, and so people tell me COUTINHO is world class. Idon't think so.
