Ed1 or 2, I can't remember which of you commented on mark Hughes yesterday, saying about how he kept players and staff segregated and it causes problems when the 💩 hits the fan.

I was just wondering how you see klopps approach and staff integration so far. Do they speak decent English?

When things went wrong in his previous club, - what happened? Players (like Chelsea) staff (like United) or just had taken the club as far as he could? Maybe a strange question, but I'm interested in what failed in the final season! Thanks.

{Ed001's Note - he prefers to integrate everyone, even the coaching staff's Xmas dinner was one big meal for all the staff and players. Dortmund had just been taken as far as he could take them and were hit with a few big players with long term injuries and they were not finding the bargains they were.}

I think losing your best players continuously to your direct rival would discourage anyone and as ED said injuries took their toll. Plus the club can't keep on finding players like Goetze and Lewandowski.

But I think they still have a very good squad so on the whole a job very well done.
