If he's still with us next summer, when he's a lot cheaper, there will be other clubs competing for his signature.

It may have been rubbish, but I'm sure I read somewhere that he would have prefered a London club.

{Ed002's Note - It will be sorted out one way or the other this summer. I don't know why you are having such strange thoughts.}

You don't think there's any danger of both clubs being too stubborn to reach an agreement then, Ed002?

{Ed002's Note - I have explained things as I understand them all the way through - I have no idea why you have these odd thoughts.}

City will pay a premium now to actually get him.

Next year there will be a lot mote clubs that can afford him.

And if he ends up invoking the Webster rUllinG and becomes free then how much in compo and signing on fees will any club end up paying.

It could end up cheaper to get him now.

Yes it's very odd of you to deliberate as to why a club would spend 50 million on a player this summer when could be dirt cheap next which could ultimately attract other clubs (such as the ones in London that have been stated to have shown an interest this summer).

Don't understand why your replies are alsways so derogatory and demeaning ed. You make questions seem stupid and you to be the mighty wielder of all transfer knowledge. There is no need and you act as if we are dependent on you. This is one reader who is sick of your tone and will not be returning to the site.

keep up the good work!
