Hope it is true, fitness has been a major issue and Pako will get them fit. Last 2 seasons we have ran out of steam in April/May, we need to learn how to finish strongly. Shame we haven't approached Bolo Zenden too.

hope this is true, i get the impression Pako was more influential on team selection than Rafa let on, as performance dipped after he left

as far as i recall Pako still has his house on the Wirral, which would suggest he would welcome a return to the area.

he has proved his ability at Maccabi and his knowledge of LFC would make an awful lot of sense to recruit him. Probably a good strategy for succession planning knowing that Brendan probably will be gone by January to have Pako there to step in to the hotseat.

financially i would think LFC can still offer him more as a no2 than he was on in Israel as a manager

good move if FSG do get him
