I hope this is a different question for the EDs. This is something I'm really keen to know and your/everyone's views.

The manager names being touted, the Saint Etienne boss, Klopp, Benitez, etc etc (please add anyone else I've not named)

These guys, is it all them the sucess, the rep or does anyone know about the team behind them if they are a huge part of the sucess too. Their no2 or coach etc are they highly regarded as well? Interesting to know. Also partly cause would they come with? Is it that easy, part and parcel? Or could the no2 at Dortmund be good enough to replace Klopp, meaning will Klopp be AS good without him etc

Thanks.

It is arguable that any managers success stems also from the staff he surrounds himself with which is why nearly every manager tends to poach his staff when moving clubs.

For those who need capital letters. Are these top top managers like Klopp or Simeone, whoever else we keep hoping for. Are they as good as we're told or are they a front man for a successful team of coaches?

An example is Klopp. Is his no2 - his head coach the one, the brains? If we got Klopp would we also get his coaching team? Is his no2 good enough to replace Klopp? Meaning, If his coaching team stay at Dortmund, will Klopp be as good without them?

Replace Klopp with Simeone or whoever. I'm asking cause I'm interested to know how respected these great managers' no2 are in the game. We all know who Klopp is, but the others that also would have made Dortmund into this model team.

Also why expect, cause Klopp would leave his home and live in UK, that 4-5 others would just up sticks and leave as well. What is known about them and their impact.

You think just getting Klopp is the answer, it might not be, it might be Klopp + Klopps team (which might not be possible). Hope this is a clearer better question

{Ed002's Note - Let's take a different example. All of this mention of Klopp is very boring. If Liverpool were to, say, go back to Andre Villas-Boas again and beg him to take over as manager, would he bring Sergei Semak and Igor Simutenkov with him? Perhaps even goalkeeping coach Biryukov? Probably not.

Like Batman & Robin, the Lone Ranger & Tonto, Holmes & Watson, Tate & Lyle, in the case of Klopp, he has a sidekick. Zeljko Buvac has been his co-conspirator for a long, long time and I expect that they will continue that relationship when he signs for his next club.}
