Whenever someone quotes betting odds I think of Ribery.

Hey Ed002, if you have the inclination I'd like to hear your insight on Liverpool's ongoing problem with illegal approaches.
I read an article somewhere this week (might have been a deconstruct on Sakho's departure) praising the way Klopp has built a team ethic with no players feeling they have a greater status than others within the unit. It went on about Klopp's methods before signing a player and the fact he'd speak to several of the player's part coaches and would put character, motivation and stuff like humility foremost. And then interview the player personally to get an idea of if they would fit. Could this approach be contributing or becoming the Tapping Up problem. If Klopp is trying to get to know a player before trying to sign them the player is obviously going to have questions for him also about roles, plans etc.
Is this the problem or is it more institutional in your observations and opinions?

{Ed002's Note - Klopp cannot approach a player without the permission of his club. Ethics is hardly an issue - Klopp had van Dijk go on strike for 6 months taking away any credibility he and the player had. This has been done to death.}

It's been missed in this argument but socialism does fall back on the state to pay workers in times of hardship.

Not that I disagree with the point we're big enough to look after our own and should do.

Poor kid, who punched him to get that shot then? Or was it ketchup?

{Ed001's Note - hey if it got him a picture with Mo he would have gone in the ring with Tyson in his prime! At his age I would have too.}
