We might not need the "dynasty" manager - a good experienced hand on the wheel for a year or two wouldn't be such a bad thing with the structure of the club as is. Zidane ftw.

Environmental, training your ass off and playing every minute is totally different to struggling in a team of superstars with a manager who doesn't like you. That kid could be top class of handled right. If Klopp wants him he sees something.
