Hello eds so guess moreno is a Liverpool player then is it true

hunt10lfc4life

{Ed001's Note - as I have said all along, the deal only needed to be closed, we knew what we had to do and now we have finally got it done. In no small part thanks to him being keen on the move. It would be a major shock if he wasn't in the squad by the weekend.}

Hello eds how come everywhere is claiming are top target is higuain he isn't good enough and not worth that amount of money or wages also is it true we agreed to get moreno after the final if so why that's kind of stupid expecially still paying full price and losing a good young player suso hope both are fails claims myself I think we can get better than both have a good day people

hunt10lfc4life

{Ed002's Note - I assume this is Twitter you are getting the Higuain stuff from? There is no done deal for Moreno that lets him play in another game. The offer for the player was provided last week - you can use the search engine. We will see where it goes next week.}

Hello everyone. With suarez back I just have a quick message who will help me kidnap him to stay hahaha good to see him visiting. Made my day also all these paper rumours are annoying me and the people on this asking the same questions or believing them I don't know how you eds put up with it hahaha. Good work though :D.

hunt10lfc4life

1.) 08 Mar 2016 14:38:35
Y not kidnap his daughter or wife. Even better ask your handsome sons to date his daughters and make daughter pester dad back to Liverpool.

2.) 08 Mar 2016 15:20:40
he is never coming back although I hope his visit works as a good luck charm before Thursday's game. He had some memorable moments vs man utd that's for sure.

Hello eds with coutinho coming out saying he's living his dream at Liverpool clearly a change of words since brenda had us guess that means with him staying do any of yous think that's good news in my case yes when he has good runners around him.

hunt10lfc4life

{Ed002's Note - I have no idea why you want to say anything about "brenda". The problem that Coutinho had was the club not being in the Champions League. Clearly if he has said this now he has lowered his expectations.}

1.) 22 Feb 2016 12:54:37
ED002, surely you must realise by now that"Brenda" gets blamed for everything. If we stay in the EU it will be his fault and if we leave it will still be his fault.

{Ed002's Note - Maybe it takes the attention away from Klipperty who currently has an identical Liverpool record to Roy Hodgson when he was sacked?}

2.) 22 Feb 2016 13:28:51
Thing is that Brendan Rodgers wasted hundreds of millions of pounds to make us look mediocre. It isn't fair to blame Klopp for Rodgers failings as he hasn't had a chance to put his own stamp on the squad. The reality is that had Rodgers remained, things would be far worse than they are now, I seriously think we would have been in a relegation battle if he had remained in charge as he did not appear to have a clue what he was doing.

3.) 22 Feb 2016 13:30:57
Correct ed002, I'll get the ball rolling. KLOPP OUT!

4.) 22 Feb 2016 13:43:31
Edd002 you Troublemaker.

5.) 22 Feb 2016 13:56:44
Strange. I don't remember Roy getting to a cup final in his first season.

{Ed002's Note - Embarrassing.}

6.) 22 Feb 2016 14:00:19
I wouldn't take any statement of contentment seriously from any modern player- its just a PR exercise.

If Barcelona came in with an offer in the summer he would be gone as soon as he could do the deal.

Also, I don't think it makes us as fans look like very nice people when we bandy casual insults around about either players or managers.

I had lost faith in Rodgers ability to get us into the CL by december 2014 and wanted him gone, but I never felt a need to attack or insult him personally. There's just no need really.

7.) 22 Feb 2016 14:12:42
Jesus Ed don't do that to me. I checked and Hodgson had amounted a paltry 22 points in 17 games. Klopp's managed an impressive 23, it's not even comparable!

Sarcasm aside that shocked me. It's a very different atmosphere though isn't it, under Hodgson there was a sense of inevitability that things wouldn't work out, under Klopp the mood is the only way is up. Hopefully this is the last time we talk about Hodgson and Klopp in the same sentence.

8.) 22 Feb 2016 14:36:13
Good man ed002. Klopp has the same record as Hodgson. But you forget that he bought in his own players and had time with them. And all were possibly the worst purchases Liverpool have bought in recent times. Lay off until klopp has gotten his players in and then come out with crap like that.

{Ed002's Note - It is really embarrassing reading this stuff - basically you are saying is Klopp is not up to the job unless he can change the team around yet again and have another period of transition. I agree that he is far from the saviour that the Liverpool fans think he is. They system that was found out in Germany has been found out in England - we need to see if he is good enough to realise that he needs to adapt. I think he probably will be able to. As for what I said being "crap" - it isn't, it is true. You are simply clutching at straws to try and defend someone who is proving not to be the person you all expected.}

9.) 22 Feb 2016 14:59:51
I would just like to say, regardless of whether Hodgson was the right fit or not, it wasn't really his fault that he bought players most labeled as "not good enough".

Hodgson was probably the only manager in recent times to genuinely have to bargain hunt while at Liverpool. We were already in the process (or would be not long after) of going into administration and we very nearly didn't make it.

So anyone blaming Hodgson for signing the likes of Poulsen, Konchesky, Jovanovic (which I think was a free during Rafa's time) and Brad Jones (who did pretty well for a back up, no? ) is just horrendously wrong.

But on Klopp, I believe he will need time but I'm sure he'll be very good for Liverpool.

10.) 22 Feb 2016 15:06:14
23 points from 51 available is not very impressive which ever way you spin it, I do agree with muscatred 's post and I do look forward to seeing next years line up, but I am slightly worried with the way we are lining up atm. it has gone slightly to defensive for my liking, also interesting to hear henrikh mkhitaryn's comments about Dortmund being a more attacking team without klopp. i'm glad he is the manager and I look forward to the future with him but that points total has to change if we are to make progress where it matters in the league.

11.) 22 Feb 2016 15:13:58
Ed2 judge klopp after 3 yrs with his own players not in his first year using another managers players. Very embarrassing ed.

{Ed002's Note - Another three years of transition then? Only club in the world that changes manager and then wants years to recover. And you worry why people laugh.}

12.) 22 Feb 2016 17:17:58
Tbf ed2 has a point, if klopp had taken over man u for instance and had the same results we have had we would be pissing our pants with laughter. It has not been good enough but i too am clinging to some semblance of faith that he will turn it around. There have been a few signs but no consistency, its been one step forward 2 back all season and as much as i disliked rodgers you have to admit he did a better job in his first season with arguably worse players than we have now. Not good enough.

13.) 22 Feb 2016 17:54:34
Comparing Klopp`s 5 months in charge to BR`s 3 years in charge is just ludicrous and a poor excuse of an argument. Klopp isn`t perfect and has made some blunders (giving mingo an extension, bringing back Ward to be a backup, signing Caulker) which are all rectifiable BUT to make such a comparison is ridiculous. N btw, saying BR wrecked the team with his pathetic blunders is not an insult if it is indeed a fact. It is a FACT so his apologists should get over it and most importantly, themselves.

14.) 22 Feb 2016 17:49:56
Simple fact is that it would have made more sense had Klopp gone to Man Utd, Chelsea or man city over us as our club isn't anywhere near what many fans think it is. Klopp is a great manager, anyone who breaks munichs hold in Germany even if only temporarily is in my mind worthy of that label, however let's not forget he took Dortmund to I believe a couple of 7th (ish) finishes before he won the league there. The fact we have a manager of any reputation let alone klopps is in my mind incredibly lucky considering where the club is at the minute, so let's just get onboard and not make silly comparisons about current records over 20 off games. And they are silly. Hodgson is a defensive manager who dispite an incredibly long career over many continents has nothing of real note to show for it. Klopp, a baby manager comparatively, has won domestic cups, domestic leagues by ousting one of the biggest, well supported and financially able clubs in the world, and in my opinion incredibly unlucky not to have a champions league medal. No comparison I'm afraid.

{Ed002's Note - You might want to look at the results after 31 games or whatever - it is the same. I get the point you are making - wait three years and things might get a lot better (we will have to forget that he has already been found out - as he was in Germany). He did of course have some success there a few years ago.}

15.) 22 Feb 2016 18:30:46
Hodgson and Rodgers would have got us relegated. Klopp is a considerably better manager than both of them and he's got time to fix the mess that the club has become under Rodgers.

16.) 22 Feb 2016 18:30:54
I want to stick with Klopp, it's too soon to think anything else in my opinion. Results have not been what we all wanted, agreed.
One point Ed002 got me thinking about, is look at the fortunes of Chelsea under Hiddink. Same team different second half of the season so far.

17.) 22 Feb 2016 19:10:09
the league cup final is going to be interesting, klopp wins that and we are on course for a trophy laden era, loses and he will be that overrated pretzel eating so and so. i'm going to ask ed 002 about Chelsea at the end of the season as I want to see how there season finishes first.

18.) 22 Feb 2016 19:14:13
There are massive differences between Klopp and Hodgson IMO.

19.) 22 Feb 2016 20:04:38
You guys fall for it everytime! Eds 02 stirs the pot and people either follow him/ her like a sheep or bite at the ridiculousness. Enjoy the brilliant manager we have signed he's the best thing to happen since Istanbul.

20.) 22 Feb 2016 20:25:57
Ed002 you say that klopps style got found out in germany. Isn't it a well documented fact that bayern Munich adopted these tactics in order to take back their perch. For a manager of a team inferior to another team by a good distance in every possible way, to better them is some achievment. that is why mist people rate him highly its stupid how one sided that league is.

You might point to last season, to a certain extent I agree. But they did have one he'll of an injury crisis and once these players started coming back they climbed from last to 7th witch in itself is a good achievment.

Now don't think I'm making excuses and I get where your coming from. I just like to look at the bigger picture and myself beleive the positives get outweigh the negatives.

I think any of Manchester United or Chelsea would of got klopp if they had the chance. I beleive he will get it right and as a liverpool fan has give me that feeling we could go some were. Only time will tell I guess but is there any better candidate, I can't think of one.

{Ed002's Note - Very damp indeed Chrisp. When did Klopp win the Bundesliga last? 2012.}

21.) 22 Feb 2016 22:13:30
2007 was pretty exciting too.

09 Feb 2016 16:45:22
Hello eds quick question or even a answer off a fan not the biggest fan of lallana but I think he has it in him to be amazing for us because his talent but would he be better in midfield to change it up not sure hendo and can create enough and fast enough to create also lallana runs a lot maybe a new position for him or maybe just my crazy idea.

hunt10lfc4life

{Ed001's Note - in central midfield you mean? Not convinced, he runs around a lot, but rarely actually achieves anything. For me his best position would be on the bench, as his energy can make a real difference late in games.}

1.) 09 Feb 2016 17:07:26
He should not even make the bench.

{Ed001's Note - I would agree overall he does need to be sold, but while at the club he can, as he has shown, make an impact coming on as a sub.}

2.) 09 Feb 2016 18:14:36
Surlely every attacking player should have enough energy to make a difference from the bench. If you don't have the quality to start, I agree with ed001 he should be sold.

3.) 09 Feb 2016 18:57:10
Thankyou for the replies people and I agree up to now he's been dreadful but I see something in him just don't think he's in the right position but wouldn't mind selling wouldn't hurt me seeing him go just sad with the amount we spent.

Hello everyone just a quick question everyone going on over matip I don't rate him that well expecially for the prem because of strength I would prefer illori giving a chance this season same build in player size ha but for me shawcross would be better to me since he's solid English and a leader type also anyone over skittle or toure who would you prefer if you could pick someone thankyou for the info on the page and patience over some people.

Hello eds great work as usual not into these persons talking about lazy over priced players being made up links with us so my one is about a keeper loris karius is it true we are checking him out as a young challenger for the not to good mignolet I think a good young keeper is a good idea anyway always thought it have a lovely day

hunt10lfc4life

{Ed002's Note - He is cl9ose to making a move elsewhere - I am not aware of Liverpool showing any interest in him.}
